Join CWCLC in supporting the 21st Annual Special Olympics' Open Eyes Program @ the ISU Campus in Bloomington, IL. Globally, 35% of Special Olympics athletes need new prescription glasses & 23% have never had an eye exam. Special Olympics Lions Clubs International Opening Eyes® provides free eye assessments for Special Olympics athletes.
The event is always well-received by the athletes, their families and coaches; and it is a great way to “get the word out” about the benefits of annual eye care. Please let Lion Valerie know if you are interested in volunteering by May 17 so we can coordinate the group.
