At the September 25th Board of Directors (BoD) meeting, the Board met with Vantage representatives and our legal team to review the compensation package and easement conditions. This new easement was introduced briefly during our August BoD meeting. As with our prior easement, details currently are limited in scope due to both legal and contractual obligations. What we can currently share is that Vantage has once again approached the Association with a new easement which is illustrated in the image below. Note this is not too scale and the lines may not be accurate to the final routing. As the Board has previously worked with Vantage, we are looking at a ignorantly shorter timeline to implementation of this easement but want to be sure that our residents are aware.
With that, we will be holding a Special Meeting on October 8th at the Association clubhouse regarding this easement. This will us to share any additional information as well as receive input from residents.
Meet the Treasurer
Due to the compressed meetings for the month of October due to the easement and budget, we will hold our first Meet the Treasurer event for the draft budget directly following the Special Meeting for the easement on October 8th starting at approximately 7:10PM. The Board has approved the draft budget which will be physically mailed out to residents within the next couple of days for your review. This is an opportunity for those with questions regarding the budget to ask them directly and we hope you will take this opportunity to attend.
