This gentle yet energizing practice is said to ease joint pressure, build strength, and leave you feeling light and renewed. After class, stay and enjoy the rest of the day by the pool!
The Holiday House drop-in fee ($17/adult, $12/child) covers both class and full-day access to Holiday House. Stretch, float, relax, and soak in the last sweet moments of summer.
