What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, meditative movement practice where there are no steps to learn and no right or wrong ways to move. It’s an invitation to listen deeply to your body, follow the rhythm of the music, and let movement arise naturally. In this space, we let go of judgment, expectation, and performance, and simply move as we are.
What to Expect
✨ Arrival and guided warm-up — gentle breath, embodiment, and flow to ground and awaken
✨ 75 mins of Ecstatic Dance — a live DJ set curated to support your journey through rhythm, energy, and emotion
✨ Closing circle — time to land, connect, and integrate before stepping back into your day
Families & Children
We warmly welcome children who would like to dance and can engage with the space in its spirit. Babies in slings or little ones who can relax quietly at the side are also welcome. To keep the dancefloor safe for everyone, we kindly ask that children are either dancing or resting, rather than running or playing. This helps us hold a safe, mindful container for all.

Come as you are—no experience needed, only a willingness to move and be moved.
We will hold a fluid container and dancers can arrive up until 11.15am latest
Parents can come and go if children need to be in cafe or play area
