Please be advised there will be a Special General Meeting for members of the River Valley Sporting Association on 16 September, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the River Valley Room of the Grand Bay-Westfield Community Centrum (609 River Valley Dr, Grand Bay-Westfield NB E5K 1B3).
Agenda for meeting is as follows;
- Discussion and vote on proposed revisions to the Club's Constitution;
- Discussion and vote on proposed revisions to the Club's Membership Application/Renewal Form;
- Discussion and vote on proposed revisions to the Club's membership application/renewal process; and
- Discussion and vote on proposed revisions to the Club's annual membership fee for 2026;
