💖 A special 2 hour community class event in collaboration with Ceiara Cartony, Rachel Holmes, & Jacqueline Comola, we cannot wait to gather with you all!!🕙 10:00am-12:00pm
🍂 Celebrate the beginning of the Autumn season in community with mantra to invigorate the soul, intentional asana flow, and marma, vital energy points, to help assist your system back into harmony.
✨ Ceiara, the morning's guide, will facilitate our community connectivity to set the tone for the experience and guide us through an intentional, asana practice. Jacqueline will lead us through heartfelt mantra, and Rachel will take us through a series of marma points for balance, relaxation, and harmonizing to the autumn season.
✔️ Props(2 blocks & a strap) will be provided, please let us know if you need to borrow a yoga mat 24 hrs prior to class
