Experience the unifying and embodied healing benefits of yoga movement presented by MYCC Yoga Therapist Justin Westbrook combined with reiki treatment and meditation guidance of Reiki Fairy Erica Tokach during this special event. During this 60-minute workshop, you will prime your physical and energetic bodies for more subtle body work with gentle and accessible yoga movement and breath practices related to the root and sacral chakra energy centers. You will build awareness through conscious movement while also receiving reiki energy work treatment during the session. Following movement, you will be guided through a delightful meditation to seal in the integrating and liberating benefits of yoga and reiki.
This workshop is available to those who are new to energy work as well as those who are experienced. All body types, ages, and ability levels are welcome with differentiated movement instruction for all needs.
