We’re excited to invite back Ando on Sunday 21st September to deliver an arm care session. Working as a qualified physio with a focus on arm care, Ando is keen to share his knowledge and help upskill Big Cats coaches and players.
We invite all current members to attend and encourage all of you to bring your own therabands if you have them.
The session will focus on the overarching theme of ‘preventing injuries in the throwers’ arms, including:
- common injuries (to elbow/shoulder)
- risk factors for injury
- prevention strategies (armcare)
