Founder Pablo Gascon
Pablo Gascon has been managing several projects over the past 20 years. He has been working with large groups of people around the world. One of his best creations is called One Dancing Heart. (the old Yoga beats Project)
One dancing heart created by Pablo Gascon has two main parts, introversion and extroversion.
This methodology is supported by selected music to amplify the healing experience.
The first part is introversion, participants are invited to dive deep into themselves through a guided meditation, using specific breathing and movements.
The second part is extroversion, participants are invited to connect with others through several dancing dynamics, as well as connecting exercises.
This method is a unique healing practice to let go of unnecessary thoughts and old patterns. It is a safe space where participants can be vulnerable and dive deep into their hearts. This practice resets the subconscious mind to empower humans to find their full potential.
The overall feeling is to be one with everything and everyone around you.
This methodology is a unifying dance experience.
Participants dive into a loving journey to find happiness and harmony.
