Special Concert - Elias Prinz with Special Guests

Strongly influenced by the musical language of the Sinti, Django Reinhardt and the modern Jazz Manouche scene, Elias Prinz has cultivated his own sound - virtuosic, yet melodic and sensitive, intense and always with a strong feeling. Through friendships with Sinti musicians, he had the chance to dive deep in their music and tradition and could create his authentic, melodic and unique style that lights up the fire and beauty of jazz manouche. He presents an acoustic program of original compositions, traditional songs, selected Jazz standards and pieces by Django Reinhardt.
The 25 year old guitarist was recently awarded with the first prize of the German Kurt Maas Jazz Award 2023 and with the BMW young Jazz Award 2025.
Special guests for this event include renowned jazz violinist Matt Holborn and the Island's own Sol Grimshaw on rhythm guitar.
Tapas served from 6pm, concert from 8pm to 10pm.
£15 per person, cover charge.
