Whether born in South Africa, Niger or Ivory Coast, Ashley, Aya, and Ouma have a shared childhood dream of becoming a pilot.
Whether on the Q400 bomber or the Cessna 208, they share this passion for aviation; despite the obstacles encountered, the many challenges to overcome, all have set out to conquer the skies.
Haby Niakate, a young Franco-Malian journalist and correspondent for Le Monde newspaper, traveled across Africa to meet them.
