Speaking with Confidence - PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

This course offers the opportunity to improve your confidence. We will practise speaking within a supportive environment, and look at techniques for staying calm and self-assured.
Being able to verbally communicate effectively helps us to realise our potential and to be a strong advocate for Touchstone's service users. If a fear of public speaking is holding you back and limiting your contribution, then this course is for you.
