Speaking in Symbols: Decoding The Inner Lexicon
This workshop is a full-day immersive breathwork experience designed to help you access, recognize, and trust your own intuitive language.
Rather than teaching a single system (tarot, dreams, "clairs", or symbols), this workshop focuses on how meaning forms internally—and how each person learns to interpret insight in their own way. Through two extended breathwork sessions and guided integrative practices, participants will explore the symbolic “vocabulary” that already moves through their body, imagination, and inner life.
This is not about psychic performance or prediction. It is about discernment: learning to tell the difference between intuition, anxiety, projection, memory, and story—and building a grounded relationship with your own inner intelligence without outsourcing authority.
Throughout the day, we will work with breath as the primary access point, alongside reflective and creative practices such as symbolic inquiry, intuitive writing, image-based exploration, and somatic listening. Participants are invited to notice how intuition shows up for them—through sensation, image, word, emotion, or sudden knowing—and how to interpret these signals with clarity and care.
This workshop is especially suited for people who are curious about intuition but wary of vague or overly spiritualized frameworks; for therapists, artists, bodyworkers, and thinkers interested in symbolic ways of knowing; and for anyone seeking a deeper, more trustworthy relationship with their own insight.
No prior experience with breathwork or intuitive practices is required. This is a facilitated, trauma-informed space with an emphasis on personal agency, integration, and respect for each participant’s internal process.
Participants will leave with:
- Greater trust in their own intuitive signals
- Practical tools for interpreting symbolic experiences
- A clearer understanding of how intuition speaks through them
- Language for staying grounded while engaging non-rational ways of knowing
