We want to bring awareness of dumped dogs and cats in Rouge Park dead and alive to Mayor Mike Duggan. We would love to sit down and talk with him about the many dog owner problems in his city. The Rouge Park dumping problem has been going on for years, even though the police knows and reports has been made to them, with nothing being done. It gets more heart breaking as time goes on and rescues are having a hard time using their own money to rescue these poor dumped dogs and cats, plus the mental toll it is taking on them. finding and having to take care of the dead ones that are dumped.
