Our class will take place both indoors and outdoors including a variety of activities. We will practice positive visualization techniques, playful mindfulness games, beginner art projects and short meditation.
About the speaker
Kelly is a UW-Whitewater graduate with a BFA degree and teaching certification. Award winning Wisconsin Artist, Art Show Judge, Interior Designer in Wisconsin and Illinois, and Art Instructor at UWW.
Experienced in daily meditation for many years. Experienced in researching positive thinking for 40+years. Gardener for 50 years.
