Join us for this Speaker Series featuring Traci Newkirk, president and founder of Human Potential Advisors.


Why attend?
Have you ever wondered what legitimate work boundaries look like? Have you ever felt guilty for saying no? Do you feel boundaries are selfish? Do you struggle with setting boundaries?

If any of these questions resonate with you, join us on January 16.

We will spend 45 minutes educating, evaluating and creating a plan. You will leave the session with at least one implementable idea.


How to join us?

Reserve your space and then come to Flywheel Crescent Center on Wednesday, January 16 from 12–1 pm EST. Crescent Center is the newest location available and is located only a few minutes from downtown at 25 Goldsmith Street, Greenville, SC 29609. Parking is available for free.


Who is Traci?

Traci Newkirk is an award-winning speaker, teacher, facilitator and business owner. As the president and founder of Human Potential Advisors, she is laser-focused on helping individuals and teams reach their full potential through fully customizable solutions. In 2024, Human Potential Advisors received the “Empowering Women” award.

Prior to launching Human Potential Advisors, Newkirk co-founded Intellectual Capitol Inc. (ICAP), an IT staffing and consulting company. Over the past 20 years, ICAP has received local and national recognition.

Newkirk holds a B.A. in communications from Winthrop University and a master’s in organizational leadership from Concordia University Irvine. She is certified in CliftonStrengths, DISC, Enneagram and Crucial Conversations and holds several additional certifications through Gallup.

Outside of her time serving and working with the business community, Newkirk invests her time mentoring a variety of young professionals and leads various spiritually-based women’s development groups.
