About this Event
During this workshop, Dr. Carly of RACC (Restoring Adaptive Capacity Chiropractic) will discuss ways to assess how your body moves, why this is important and how to address it.
Be more resilient on the trail.
Assess - Go through a movement screen with Dr. Carly to learn how well your body actually moves and what can be addresses before your next hike.
Learn - Dr. Carly will talk you through the movement to understand WHY it is important and HOW we can possibly address it.
Exercise - Go through the exercises to address common movements that are inefficient and make them better. You will go home with the tools to prevent injury or unnecessary pain on your next long hike.
