At The Education Centre with, we understand that confident communication is a vital skill for success in school and beyond.Our new class is run by Anne which is specifically designed for young students, providing a nurturing and engaging environment where they can build essential speaking abilities and overcome any shyness or hesitation.
These are powerful skills they’ll carry with them all the way to high school and beyond!
Sessions include:
👉 Delivering short speeches: Prepare and present 1–2 minute talks on fun topics, practising clear openings, logical structure, and strong endings.
👉 Build storytelling skills: Create short stories and include jokes or personal anecdotes to make messages engaging and memorable.
👉 Rehearse delivery techniques: Practice posture, eye contact, facial expression, and purposeful gestures during mini performances.
👉 Use simple props and visuals: Learn to support speeches with a single prop or slide, and practise integrating it smoothly into the presentation.
👉 Give and act on feedback: Receive quick, positive feedback after each performance, then repeat and improve the same piece to build confidence.
