About this Event
Have you witnessed or faced gender-based violence (GBV) at work or in an organization? Have you or someone you know been pressured into signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after reporting harassment or abuse?
You’re not alone. Your voice matters.
Join us for a FREE community-driven workshop focused on how NDAs are used to cover up sexual harassment, assault, and discrimination. This is your chance to:
- Give your experience or perspective
- Learn how NDAs work, what rights you have, and ask questions
- Help shape law and policy to create safer, more accountable organizations
- Share a meal and learn about our free legal services
Your input at the workshop will directly inform law reform efforts aimed at ending the misuse of NDAs and improving support for people experiencing GBV.
This workshop is open to anyone impacted by GBV or anyone interested in these topics!
Facilitated by a lawyer and staff from Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS).
