This is an evening dedicated to open expression & listening. We will be holding space for different types of sharing. Each person encouraged to share whether it be through poetry 📜, journal entries, artworks 🎨, music 🎵, or simply speaking about your life's journey, emotions, and experiences. It's an invitation to bring forth your feelings and thoughts in a supportive and open setting . It presents an opportunity not only to share facets of yourself but also to witness and appreciate the authenticity of others.
In addition to sharing, we'll dedicate time for introspection . Guided by thought-provoking prompts we provide, you'll have the chance to reflect in writing . This evening is designed to hold space for vulnerability where you can show up as you are, share as you wish, and engage in meaningful dialogue 💬.
