NCPGR has been asked to stand for SPC4 Johnathan Dean as he stood for us. Specialist Dean was a motor transport operator Who served in the US Army. During his time, he earned an expert M16 rifle badge. He also earned the Army Good Conduct medal twice. He was very proud of his time in service to our country.Staging Time: 1100
