✔️You do not need to live in Fresno but must be willing to drive to Fresno to pick up a voucher AND for services.
✔️Not available for dogs and cats that are going to a rescue/shelter.
Vouchers are available to all who ❗️truly❗️ need assistance. The below is not required but will help you obtain a voucher with a lower copay. If you (the owner) bring one of the below, you MUST bring a matching ID.
