Join us for an inspiring lunch with Dr. Steven Marks, the founding Dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Clemson University. Dr. Marks, whose appointment was approved by Clemson’s Board of Trustees on July 20, 2023, began his journey at Clemson on August 14, 2023. He is leading the charge towards the exciting launch of the Veterinary School in 2026.
This event is a unique opportunity to hear from Dr. Marks about his vision for the future of veterinary education and the innovative plans for Clemson’s new Veterinary School. Whether you’re a Clemson alum, parent of a student, an aspiring veterinarian, or simply interested in either Clemson University and/or the advancements in veterinary medicine, this event promises to be both informative and inspiring.

Doors open at 11:30 AM for networking and buffet lines will start at11:45am. The program will begin around 12pm and will conclude by 1pm.
Please note the Piedmont Club does have a dress code. Please dress business casual. Jackets are NOT required for lunch. No jeans! Prohibited: T-Shirts, sweatshirts, or other shirt without collar; athletic attire, tennis shoes, shorts, jeans, denim jackets, untucked shirts, and baseball caps.
