We may have to get a hotel prior, if not we can just drive starting early morning--actually, a hotel may be the best choice so we can wash off mud.
And Im willing to help people workout and train a bit. All you need is some cardio thats it. Just walk miles or run a bit every couple of days is the bare minimum. Calisthenics push ups and situps.
