- Spartan Spirit Kickoff (6:00 AM): Gather your tribe for a motivational talk to ignite the fire within and embrace the day’s challenge.
- Skill Building: Elevate your form with a Dynamic Warm-Up and Run Drills & Technique Boost designed to awaken every muscle and build explosive strength.
- The Main Event (7:00 AM): Together, we tackle a Spartan Run through the vibrant paths of Bridgetown, Pasig City. Every Spartan finishes stronger.
- Cool Down & Recovery: Guided static stretches targeting key muscles, aiding recovery.
- Games & Prizes — Spartan Style!: Celebrate grit and laughs with fun, challenging games designed to test your teamwork and spirit. Winners take home Spartan gear and the glory of the community’s cheers!
