We have been invited to an inter club sparring competition in Keighley. This event is a full contact fighting event and open to yellow belts and above who train twice a week or more. We will be putting a bus on to the event so let your instructor know if you want a place. Ideally we will all travel down as a team. Competitors will be given priority.
