🧡 Free event for Inpatient Unit guests and their families, those we support through Hospice at Home and their families, and those we are supporting via our children’s/TYA support services, counselling and bereavement services.
🚫 We're sorry that on this occasion, this is not a public event. ✅ RSVP is essential so we can manage numbers and catering.
🎆 What to expect: A warm Bonfire Night with hearty pie & peas, hot drinks, and a beautiful 15-minute firework display that’s genuinely impressive while considerate to our neighbours. For some, this may be a once-in-a-lifetime moment, so we’re focusing on rich colour, height and choreography, with a prompt 6:30 pm finish for comfort. Seating, blankets, a calm indoor space and ear defenders will be available.
📝 Please RSVP by Monday 3rd November so we can cater well.
♿ Accessibility: Accessible routes, toilets and an indoor rest area, with staff on hand to support.
🎇 Safety: For oxygen awareness, no handheld sparklers are allowed on site.
🌧️ Weather plan: If it turns, we’ll serve food indoors and review the display on the day.
