We will start the day with yoga and sound bowl healing infused with Reiki love, and from there we will move into some conscious mind belief attunements. Lunch will be provided to nourish your body and soul while you craft your very own INTENTION bracelet.
After lunch, you will receive messages from Spirit infused with more Reiki love.
From there we will move into chanting and embodied dancing to create massive flow.
We round out the day with a journaling exercise and reflections to send you on your way feeling refreshed, seen, held, loved and relaxed.
