  • discover the secret to being the best version of yourself more often

In this interactive 90-minute workshop led by leadership coach Laurence Knott you will discover how to access flow states on a more regular basis to help you get the most out of your day, giving you insights and practical tools that you can put into practice straight away.

What is flow?

Positive psychologists define being in a flow state as the following:

“A mental state in which a person performing an activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity.”

What would spending more time in flow do for you?

The problem

Cast your mind back some two years ago to the start of 2020. Little did we know what was about to come. The last two years has radically changed the way we work and live. Throughout, not only have we had to adapt the way we work, we’ve had to change our routines, and how we manage our day to day lives has been radically disrupted. Allied to this, our relationship to technology has continued to change at an increasing rate, a constant pull on our attention away from the here and now.

The result has been to further erode our capacity to focus, to be able to concentrate on a single task at a time, to be able to do ‘deep work’, to truly immerse ourselves in something, whether it is our work, in creativity, in sports and hobbies and even in our personal relationships. In short, the combination of external stressors and constant distraction means we are spending less time in ‘flow’, that natural state of being where we are at ease, getting things done, making progress and being our best selves.

The workshop

In this interactive and educational workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the science and art of flow
  • Explore your own capacity to access flow more easily and effortlessly
  • Discover what gets in the way of you being your best more often
  • Begin to develop a plan for increasing your productivity and performance in your professional and personal lives
  • You will also receive exclusive resources to help you implement what you learn.
