Join us for the the next session of SPARK VIU – Ideas to Impact, a regional initiative focused on enabling entrepreneurs on Vancouver Island to connect, learn, and grow.

Nadine Shemilt – Commercial Account Manager at BDC – an experienced entrepreneur and loans specialist will be sharing her expertise in business finances. This session will cover:
- Business budgeting
- Cash flow management
- Business vs personal finances
- Bookkeeping systems: tracking income vs expenses
- Taxes and other liabilities
- Protecting your business: insurance, workers comp, building credit score etc.
- Forms of financing and how to pay yourself (time permitting)
