This creative 'Wheel of Your Life' art workshop will explore and reflect on the areas of your life that are working well and which you may seek to improve.
We are extremely privileged that Lia Parsons is willing to share her skills and talents with us! She is a qualified Occupational and Art Therapist who will lead you through this nourishing workshop to connect with self and share with others.
Spark is for anyone who is wanting more connection. Are you new to the area? Feeling lonely or isolated? Keen to connect more to self? Do you love creativity? You can be sure that you'll be welcomed warmly by our Sparkies who host Spark sessions.
