Take the chill off an evening in November and savor Spanish flavors with Palette Bistro’s “Spanish Wine Dinner with Vino Vi & Co”. Prepared by Scott Wiltjer, Chef de Cuisine, featured courses include Tuna Crudo, Mejillones en Escabeche, Salt Cod Fritters, Smoked Beef Cheek Carrillada, Braised Pork Shoulder and Basque-style Cheesecake. Special guest, Nuria Garrote-i-Esteve, Founder Vino Vi & Co. will guide guests through five perfectly paired Spanish wines.
Nuria Garrote-i-Esteve founded Vino Vi & Co fifteen years ago and has developed a portfolio of wines that "tell the story of a place and of a vision" from perfectionist winemakers that take pride in their land. Vino Vi & Co spans wines from "Barcelona to Detroit and beyond. "Nuria Garrote-i-Esteve will share a glimpse of her journey of discovery for uniquely Spanish wines during this Spanish Wine Dinner.
