Pomum and Idilico, based in Woodinville, WA, are led by Javier and Shylah Alfonso. Pomum showcases Washington classics like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Idilico focuses on Spanish varietals such as Albariño, Garnacha, and Monastrell. Together, their wines bring a distinctive fusion of Old World craftsmanship and New World character.
