Spanish Tapas Cooking Class
Join this cookery class for an evening of relaxed fun cooking Spanish Tapas dishes. In this class we will be making:
- Patatas Bravas
- Berenjenas con Miel (Fried Aubergine with Honey)
- Chorizo al Vino Tinto (Chorizo in Red Wine)
What will you get?
??? All the ingredients and equipment provided for you, along with my tuition.
?A fun evening out - date night / catching up with friends / entertaining your MIL / go it solo and learn some new skills and meet new people!
? BYOB event - bring your own beverage with you to enjoy while you’re cooking and eating!
? The classes are taking place at the Cyrenians Flavour & Haver Community Cook School in Leith - I will be donating a minimum of 10% of any profits back to this cause.

Suitability: This class is suitable for any level of cook.
Dietaries: This class can be made suitable for vegetarians and gluten free (not coeliac). If you would like to check about any other dietaries please email [email protected]. You must state any dietaries at the time of booking so that the correct ingredients can be purchased for the class.
Please note you will be working in pairs throughout this class - don't worry if you book on just yourself, we will make sure you have someone to work with!
This class has a minimum number of 4 participants required in order to run - we will inform you in advance if we need to amend or cancel for this reason and you will be entitled to a full refund.
