Pine Grove Grange in Hood River

Cost $175
This course will prepare course participants to take the Private Pesticide Applicators License exam. Following the course instruction, on the afternoon of the third day, participants will take the Washington exam at the Pine Grove Grange .
NOTE: We will be offering the Washington exam. The Washington license is reciprocal and is recognized in Oregon. We are doing this because we have found problems with the Oregon exam and the way in which it is administered, that results in low pass rates. We want people to have their best chance to succeed. If participants pass the Washington exam they will need to take one extra step to receive their Oregon license. Participants who pass the Washington exam will need to fill out three forms from , pay a $25 fee, and send a photocopy of their Washington applicators license to ODA. They will then receive their Oregon License in the mail. We will explain this process at the class and can assist participants with this process!
*It is because of this, we are asking participants to return on December 6th 8am-10am to learn about Oregon specific laws for pesticide application.
