Explore birdwatching in High Park during our “Nature’s Symphony: Birdwatching Nature Walk” on July 27, World Conservation Day weekend! Led by two volunteer guides passionate about nature, this walk is for Spanish speakers who want to discover Toronto’s birdlife. Learn the basic principles for birdwatching and identification. With over 150 bird species year-round and 50 breeding in the park, High Park is a birding hotspot. Join us for a relaxed stroll, connect with nature, and celebrate conservation together!
¡Descubre la observación de aves en High Park durante nuestra “Sinfonía de la Naturaleza: Caminata de Observación de Aves” el 27 de julio, el fin de semana del Día Mundial de la Conservación de la Naturaleza! Guiados por dos voluntarios apasionados por las aves, esta caminata es para miembros de la comunidad hispanohablante que desean descubrir la vida de las aves en Toronto. Conoce los principios básicos de avistamiento de aves en este maravilloso parque de la ciudad. Con más de 150 especies de aves durante todo el año y 50 que se reproducen en el parque, High Park es un lugar destacado para la observación de aves. ¡Únete a nosotros para un paseo relajado, conecta con la naturaleza y celebra la conservación juntos!
NOTE: Pre-registration is required for all our events, hikes and workshops. We do this to ensure we don’t exceed our capacity for indoor events or the maximum limits for group sizes on High Park’s ecologically sensitive trails. Please register on our website before coming to High Park.
