About this Event
Get a chance to taste a variety of Cured & Whey staff's favorite cheeses from Spain, and sip on paired wines during this fun and interactive class. Tips and tricks for cutting cheeses, recipes, tasting notes, and placing pairings all happen in this exciting cheese and wine tasting class.

Class includes the following:
- Learn about cheeseboard basics, and try a variety of cheeses from Spain
- Tasting and wine pairings on selected cheeses of different varieties
- Enough cheese for a 1 person board, plus hand-crafted sides paired with each cheese
- Interactive cheese tasting lesson (learn about how the cheese is made!)
