Vigo, nestled along the stunning coastline of Galicia, comes alive with enchanting charm during the Christmas period. As the city illuminates with a kaleidoscope of twinkling lights and festive decorations, the air becomes infused with an infectious sense of joy and excitement. Wander through the bustling streets adorned with vibrant displays, where traditional markets offer an array of artisanal crafts and delectable treats. Embrace the spirit of the season as lively performances fill the air with music and dance, and families gather to celebrate amidst the cheerful ambiance. From dazzling light displays to joyous festivities, Vigo transforms into a magical wonderland, offering endless opportunities for fun and merriment during this enchanting time of year. Lots of great restaurants and vine bars complete the picture. We specalise in culinary, food and wine an cocktail tours in Vigo and we are integrating these experiences in your experience and time here in Vigo with us.

Sunday group activities (optional) such as: ice-skating, bowling, picnic at the beach and dinner with cross country food prepared by the partecipants
Accommodation:
You will stay in apartment near the beach.
There is a choice of 2 seaside places near Vigo and several beachfront apartments:
* a room in a shared 3 bedroom apartment in a town of Baiona (45min from Vigo city centre)
* a room in a shared 2 bedroom apartment on Samil beach (10min from Vigo city centre)
* own one bedroom apartment

Please note:
* there is a refundable security deposit to pay for the apartment of either € 600 or € 1200 (depending if you are choosing a room or an apartment).
The price includes:
* room/apartment rental
* our event management / coordination fee
* activities package (covers 4 (8 if you stay a month) lunch/evenings out: Vigo walking tours, lunch/dinners and wine or beer).

* Explore the Christmas market with a wine and food tour, followed by a cozy hangout.
* Indulge in tapas dinners showcasing local flavors.
* Enjoy a delicious seafood rice lunch.
* Delight in a Galician octopus lunch while watching a live 'pulpeira' (octopus cook) in action.
* Treat yourself to a cool sushi buffet experience.
* Embark on a wine bar walking tour to sample the best vintages.
* Experience a night out with live music.
* Immerse yourself in a typical countryside winter food adventure.
* Savor chocolate and churros for a sweet ending.
What is not included:
* taxi to/from your accommodation to the city centre or other places we go out (about 10euro Vigo>Samil and 25euro Baiona>Vigo).
* bills in an apartment (around 100euros a month) - will be deducted from your deposit.

We will be guided by Beatriz, our friend and a local from Vigo.

Can be 2 to 15 degrees celcius.
Can rain a lot or can be very dry, cold and sunny.
Shoes and cots for rain as well umbrellas are recommended.
