Welcome to our 8 Day healing retreat in Galicia, north west of Spain.Join us as we integrate meditation, soothing visits to thermal baths, and invigorating trekking, including brief pilgrimages along the Camino de Santiago, to foster a gentle spiritual transformation and healing.
This retreat is open to individuals aged 30 and above. While there is no strict age limit, participants should be physically fit enough to engage in hiking activities.
