A year later, these three young Pollock Pines families struggle with taking time off work for surgeries, therapies, and various cares needed for recovering from the accident in front of 50 Grand on May 31, 2023. We'd like to celebrate their progress and give them a little help, to cover costs of having to take time off work, gas, daily expenses. PLEASE mark your calendars for 6/23/2024. All spaghetti funds will go to these three families, with volunteers helping with serving, and donations made by community members.$22 (cash only) per person for our spaghetti and meatballs or vegetarian spaghetti, bread, and salad. As an additional treat, we have local Irish band members that volunteered to preform a "Trad session," a very traditional "unplugged" Irish music session, which will be lovely.
We are looking for donations of raffle baskets, to help raise further funds. Please contact 50 Grand 530-644-1580 to drop your baskets by, we are open T-Th 3-8 and F-Sun 12-8. Or you can make a cash donation...if you can't make it. Please, other than baskets, we ask for cash sales and monitory donations only, to make it easier for all involved. The basket ideas can include a dog/cat toy basket, gardening baskets, wine baskets, dinner baskets, picnic baskets, spa baskets, game baskets, coffee baskets...the sky is the limit!
RSVP to 530-644-1580 so we can have an idea of how many to expect. $22 spaghetti dinner or if you just want to listen to the band, $10 per person, no meal (we were asked for that option).
