Spacelab Presents 'Taste The Bass'Spacelab are proud to announce a brand new house music night called 'Taste The Bass' which aims ,with devotion, to bring back the spirit of the early Emporium days serving a quality mix of deep, vocal and dubby house grooves
We are proud to announce too they we have secured the services, as a resident DJ , Sean McCabe of Good Vibrations Records , Bristol who is one of the most prolific DJs and producers in the world. This will be Sean McCabe first residency in over 15 years in his native land.
Alongside Sean as resident DJ will be Dave Jobnes a veteran of the South Wales house scene and co producer on Sean - Motion Severn projects.
Every quarterly event Sean and Dave will be joined by a quality local DJ and this time it is veteran housemaster NFY Radio aka Neil Effin Young
The ethos of the night is to bring a good value for money basement vibes in one of Cardiffs most comfortable clubbing spaces Boho on St Mary's Street. The more mature club we will be familiar with this venue as it was called Cha Cha's in the 80's and Po Na Na in the 1990's.
We, at Spacelab, have waited patiently for the right space to bring you an evening in the right space. Boho ticks all the right boxes with its comfortable surroundings, competitive bar tariffs , clean and tidy toilet facilities and cloakroom. We are also installing a Martin Audio sound system for each event and the club houses intelligent lighting in this intimate venue.
Tickets will be available from Fatsoma priced £10 plus small b/f (more on the door) last entry midnight
The evening will run from 9pm til 3am
