Learn to use woodcraft tools safely.

T his is an opportunity to meet others, who may be going through similar experiences , to make friends, and just enjoy the freedom of the woods. A boost to anyone who is struggling with their mental health.

We will be cooking lunch over the campfire as part of the programme. Please let us know any special dietary needs when you book ( or feel free to bring a packed lunch)

You'll end each session feeling happy and relaxed and better able to manage the week ahead.
