You’ll get guidance around how to make the change you crave and will experience the beauty and peace of being connected to nature.
Together, we will engage in movement, deepen our breathing, calm our minds, and cultivate a fresh, positive perspective to carry home with us.
The day will consist of two yoga sessions and inspiring intuitive coaching session focused on releasing old stories and behaviours to help you move forward into a new, better way of being. We will make the most of the gorgeous natural setting that is the Summerhill Trust and enjoy delicious lunch and refreshments.
