Throughout the day you'll get 3+ hours of transformational coaching as well as deep wellness and personal rejuvenation with transformational and energy coach Joh Morris Benichou. You'll also get connected to a group of 50 high-performing, powerful women.

Throughout the day, we will meet virtually via Zoom while also taking time for restoration and reflection by eating nutritious foods, moving our bodies, journaling, and pampering ourselves.

My team and I will help you prepare with our "At Home" Preparation Guide we will send out two weeks before the retreat.
