This workshop is running during Easter holidays on the 7th, 10th, 11th, 14th and 17th April at 11:30am.Blast off into an action-packed space adventure! This hands-on workshop takes children on a journey through the past, present, and future of space exploration. They’ll begin by building their own plastacine rocket, designing their dream spacecraft and thinking like real engineers.
As they shape their rockets, they’ll learn about how real spacecraft are built and launched, and what it takes to explore the solar system.
With their creations ready for takeoff, they’ll journey beyond Earth and into the wonders of space. Inside the planetarium they’ll take an immersive introduction to the Moon, planets, and the vast solar system, helping them understand how astronauts travel, land, and work in space. They’ll discover what it’s like to live in zero gravity, how we explore distant worlds, and why space missions are more exciting than ever.
With Space Now we will fly past the International Space Station, see modern rocket launches, and explore the future of space travel!
