Monthly Parent Support Group at The Hazel Trees ☀️
This monthly parent support group at The Hazel Trees is for PEGiS parents/ carers.
It provides a calm, welcoming space focused on wellbeing, practical strategies, and connecting with other parents who understand the journey.
The group is run by Danielle, a parent of a child with SEN and a qualified therapist (BSc, MSc, MBACP), offering a supportive environment that emphasises encouragement, connection, and sharing practical ideas to make SEN life a little easier.
Focus of the sessions:
☀️ Managing daily stress with simple, practical strategies
☀️ Setting light, achievable personal goals – for health, confidence, and routines
☀️ Encouragement, connection, and sharing ideas to help parents thrive
While Danielle is a qualified therapist, the group is not a replacement for therapy, it’s a space for parents to come together and support each other.
