Monthly bicycle night cruise on the Space Coast!!! Casual bike ride starting from Cherie Down Park in Cape Canaveral and going south onto Ridgewood Av/Ocean Beach Bvd until Ron Jon, and then looping around.Cars rule the road every day, but trying to gather once a month to celebrate our love for bicycles and have fun riding our bikes at night! This is generally a slow-paced ride where persons of all skill levels can participate.
We will start gathering at 7:15 PM and will roll out at 7:30 PM. Loop takes about 1 hour to complete.
The event is a celebration of bicycles and other self-propelled means of transportation. There are many individual reasons for participating. "To raise awareness and promote the safety of non-motorized modes of transportation when sharing the streets with motor vehicles."
Safety first: lights, helmets and reflective gears are highly encouraged. Ride at your own risk! All types of ride are welcomed, except gas powered.
