The online registration for the **free** Spa Running Festival 8-week training program is open! We will meet at 5:45PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning on September 23rd. Meeting location is the same, 101 Broadway Ave, Downtown Hot Springs (Transportation Depot).
What is new: We will have all participants ***signup in one group***** **during registration on our RunSignUp registration page. Beginner, Intermediate, and advanced runners will each participate on the same route every night, but there will be 3 optional distances you choose for your level. All levels of fitness are encouraged to join in no matter what your current pace is. We will have coaches on the course with you and no runners are left behind (we know that you will walk at times and expect that, we just call everyone what you are. If you run any at all…you are a RUNNER!)
Our Sponsor is again, **Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield**! This allows us to keep the clinic free and this year there will be weekly challenges for you to complete. More details on that are coming soon.* Tuesday you Learn, Thursday you Earn *is this year's theme.
