Join for a fun exploration of herbs, sound, handcrafted tools and self care practices. We will explore a curated herbal buffet focusing on locally grown butterfly pea including tea, mask and compress then settle in for a sound bath allowing for a deeply nurturing immersive experience. Create space to play and enjoy an evening of self care with like minded folks or come with friends or a partner. This class is open to all genders and every body! Suggest bringing a hand towel and or/washcloth and yoga mat if they like. Will have available.
