About this Event
Synopsis
A documentary that describes the path towards the Spanish Transition through songs by singer-songwriter Jeanette, whose voice gives way to those of other ‘rebels’: personalities from the world of politics, journalism, culture or sports against the social and historical backdrop of late Francoism. A period marked around the world by the rise of feminism and the youth claiming their place on the stage. The film traces a journey through the history of the second half of the 20th century, 50 years after the release of Soy Rebelde, a generational anthem.
